Harker is solving homelessness with data. We’re building an AI-enabled, integrated CRM-Case Management system for homelessness charities designed from the ground up to measure social impact, rather than profit. Our solution streamlines data collection, outcome tracking, and impact reporting through an intuitive interface designed to flow with, rather than impede, charities' operations. This empowers charity staff to spend less time behind the computer and more time supporting vulnerable people.

UK homelessness charities face significant challenges in managing their data effectively, wasting £35 million each year due to bad software. Most charities struggle with enterprise software that has been bodged to work for them, making it difficult to input and extract data they need to demonstrate their value to funders and support service users.

Our solution will initially be sold to the 2.5K UK homelessness charities, before being sold top-down to the local authorities who fund them, providing them realtime data about homelessness in their jurisdictions. There is also potential to export the product.

Harker will save charity workers an hour a week, and admin staff an hour a day; bringing immediately efficiencies, as well as being cheaper than the incumbent, bad solutions. This makes it a no-brainer for cost savvy charities.
